For weddings we recommend 3–6 months. Corporate events and smaller gatherings can usually be accommodated with 3–4 weeks' notice.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes — complimentary tastings for events over 50 guests, booked after you receive a quote. Smaller events can arrange a tasting for a small fee credited toward your booking.
