For Clients
Browsing caterers, posting catering requests, receiving quotes, and managing bookings is 100% free for clients. There are no hidden fees and no subscription required.
Payment for catering services is made directly to the caterer — Cennaire does not take a commission on bookings at this time.
For Caterers — Free Tier
The Free tier gives you full access to the platform. You can list your business, add packages and menu items, build professional itemised quotes with PDF export, communicate with clients via messages, manage your schedule on the calendar, upload verification documents, and collect reviews — all with no time limit and no charge.
The Free tier is designed to let you evaluate Cennaire before committing.
For Caterers — Premium ($50/month)
Premium is for caterers who want to grow faster on the platform.
Priority Listing
Premium caterers appear before Free caterers in all browse and search results. Within the Premium group, results are sorted alphabetically. This placement advantage increases visibility and click-through significantly.
Analytics Dashboard
Unlock the Analytics page in your dashboard with 6 metrics:
- Total revenue — Sum of all completed booking totals
- Revenue this month — Completed bookings in the current calendar month
- Quote win rate — Accepted quotes ÷ total submitted quotes
- Average booking value — Mean total across all completed bookings
- Pipeline value — Total value of all currently pending (unaccepted) quotes
- Upcoming events — Count of bookings with event dates in the next 30 days
Billing
- Billed monthly. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- We store only your Stripe Customer ID — no card details are held on our servers.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Profile → Manage Subscription. Your Premium benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically. No content is deleted.
Past-due Payments
If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period. A warning banner will appear in your dashboard. If the payment isn't resolved within Stripe's retry window, your account reverts to Free tier until the next successful payment.
FAQ
Can I switch from Premium back to Free? Yes, at any time. Cancel via your Profile page and you'll stay on Premium until the billing period ends.
Is there a free trial? Not currently. The Free tier is available indefinitely, so you can use the full platform before deciding to upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts? Monthly billing only at this time. Annual plans are on the roadmap.
Do clients ever pay Cennaire? No. Cennaire is always free for clients. Revenue comes solely from caterer Premium subscriptions.
